In a small saucepan, bring cranberry juice to a boil over medium heat. Add tea bag. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour cranberry tea mixture over ice. Fill glass with club soda. Garnish with mint. Makes 1 serving.
